The information that The Pharma Center provides is as up-to-date and accurate as possible. Because of the fact that information on drugs can change over time, TPC cannot make any guarantees about the information that it posts. Information on the TPC website is compiled by and geared toward health care providers and consumers in the United States, and for this reason TPC does not warrant uses in any other countries. The exception would be if there is specific information that indicates otherwise.

TPC is for drug information only. The information contained on the TPC website is not intended to be diagnostic; it is a supplement to help health care practitioners and their patients be informed. Your health care practitioner should be the one to make diagnoses, and you and your health care practitioner should decide together on treatments.

When a warning is not listed for a drug, it should not immediately be assumed that it is safe or even effective for everyone. TPC is only one tool for drug information, and cannot be held responsible for how well a drug does or does not work. Though TPC tries to keep its drug information as comprehensive as possible, it may or may not contain all the information on drug effectiveness, side effects, allergic reactions, or possible adverse affects. Questions about a drug you are taking or are considering taking should be directed to your doctor, a qualified nurse, or a licensed pharmacist.
